What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Credit, JCM, Paypal and Deko.

If I Pay By PayPal Will That Slow My Product Being Dispatched?

Provided you have correctly setup your PayPal account with your bank or credit/debit card, then paying by PayPal is essentially no different than paying by any other method, we will dispatch your product the same day and provided your order is placed before 3pm and it should arrive with you’re the following day (Monday if ordering after 3pm Thursday).

Do You Offer A Finance Plan?

Yes. We offer flexible finance plans via our retail finance specialist partner, Deko, offering plans over 6,9 & 12 months.

Can I Buy Online?

Yes. Find your product via our easy to use quick search feature and add it to your cart, you can then checkout via the website via a variety of payment methods.

Can I Buy Over The Phone?

Yes. You can call us anytime during trading hours to place your order, we can accept payment via a variety of payment methods.

I Work In The Motor Trade, Do I Get A Discount?

We do offer discounts to those in the motor trade however we only offer this on your second purchase and onwards, on completing your second order we will raise a credit note for a discount against the first purchase you made retrospectively.

Do You Offer Discounts For Emergency Services And Armed Forces Personnel?

Yes. We offer a flatrate discount for members of the emergency service and armed forces. You will need to send a digital copy of your proof of ID to obtain this at the time of checkout.

Will The Finance Company Make A Credit Check?

Yes. A credit check forms part of the automated decision making process and is part of a responsible lending policy. If you have any concerns you can find out your credit rating before making an application on websites such as Experian, this may help you form a decision about whether making an application is right for you or not.

Can I Settle The Agreement Early?

Yes. You may repay the loan early, either in part or in full by giving notice and by repaying the appropriate amount, this may include a rebate. Upon receipt of the request Deko will inform you of your repayment options.

Can I Make Extra Payments Each Month?

This is often possible but is at the discretion of the Deko service. If you wish to make additional payments you will be advised to call and discuss the matter with them.

Can I Change The Deposit Terms And Contract Length?

Yes. Deko allow for a greater deposit amount than the standard 10% provided the total amount to finance does not fall below the minimum finance amount required. They are also able to offer varied contract lengths such as 6, 9 and 12 months plans.

What Happens If I Miss A Payment?

If you miss any repayments you will incur extra charges, your credit record may be affected and you may find it more difficult to obtain credit in the future. If you feel you may have difficulty in making a payment call Deko to discuss your situation in advance to see what may be able to be done to assist you.

Can I Change My Mind Within 14 Days?

Yes. You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason before the end of a period of 14 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive a second copy of the executed agreement.
