Warranty & Returns

  • If you have changed your mind about your purchase then you are covered under our 30 day guarantee, to initiate a claim simply call our offices to begin the returns process. You will be issued a returns number and be advised to return the product via an insured and tracked courier service.

  • We typically initiate refunds the day after we receive the product, requiring time to process the claim. We will email you to confirm the refund has taken place and it can take up to 5 working days for the money to show in your bank account.

  • The 5 year warranty is a fully comprehensive product warranty, meaning any faults in operation of the product derived from a hardware fault or software error as a result of fair and typical use will be resolved by us free of charge under the warranty. The warranty does not cover any faults your engine may develop as these will not be a result of tuning box use.

  • Contact us immediately and we begin assisting you. In the first instance we may ask you to follow some simple steps to help diagnose the problem or resolve it, failing that we will likely initiate a return under our warranty guarantee for receiving the product for technical inspection.

  • You must ensure you return the product to us via a tracked and sufficiently insured service, with the value of the product insured for a minimum of $300.

  • Once received at our offices and processed by our technical team you will be notified by email that we have received your product.

  • In the first instance we would advise you to check the tracking number you were supplied by your courier company to see the status of your parcel. If it shows as delivered then please call us and we will investigate further for you.
