We use major couriers such as DHL and Royal Mail. Please expect up to two working days for delivery within the UK.

Yes. For international shipping we use renowned global couriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEX.

Yes. Once your order is received and processed you will receive a tracking number if we’re shipping via DHL.

Next day delivery is typical of 95% of orders we dispatch however it is not guaranteed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on postage if it is not received next day.

If you have not received your parcel we would first suggest using your provided tracking number to check the status of your parcel with the courier. If this does not provide you with a resolution then please contact us to pursue the matter for you.

Yes. All our parcels are will require a signature due to the value of the goods.

We can offer Saturday delivery if ordered before 3pm Friday afternoon. Additional costs apply.

We supply you a TDI-Tuning Tuning Box product custom programmed for your vehicle, a connection harness with custom engine connectors, instruction booklet and fixing cable ties unless otherwise stated.
