Orders & Delivery

  • We use major couriers such as DHL. Please expect 2-4 working days for delivery.

  • Yes. Please visit our international website, through which we can deliver outside of Ireland.

  • All orders are delivered Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning no customs fees or taxes are payable by the recipient. TDI Tuning covers these charges for you.

  • Yes. Once your order is received and processed you will receive a tracking number when shipping via DHL.

  • Typically 95% of orders we dispatch are delivered within 2-4 working days, however as we cannot guarantee this, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on postage if delivery takes longer.

  • If you have not received your parcel we would first suggest using your provided tracking number to check the status of your parcel with the courier. If this does not provide you with a resolution then please contact us to pursue the matter for you.

  • Yes. All our parcels will require a signature due to the value of the goods.

  • Saturday delivery is not available at the moment.

  • We supply you a TDI-Tuning Tuning Box product custom programmed for your vehicle, a connection harness with custom engine connectors, instruction booklet and fixing cable ties unless otherwise stated.
