What Delivery Service Do You Use?

We use DHL tracked and insured courier services for domestic UK parcel deliveries, delivery is typically next day for 95% of orders.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. For international shipping we use renowned global couriers UPS.

Can I Track My Parcel?

Yes. Once your order is received and processed we will update your via email with the tracking number for your delivery.

Can I Get A Refund On Postage If It Is Not Received Next Day?

Next day delivery is typical of 95% of orders we dispatch however it is not guaranteed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on postage if it is not received next day.

I Have Not Yet Received My Parcel, What Should I Do?

If you have not received your parcel we would first suggest using your provided tracking number to check the status of your parcel with the courier. If this does not provide you with a resolution then please contact us to pursue the matter for you.

Do I Have To Sign For The Parcel?

Yes. All our parcels are dispatched by either UPS Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery, both are next working day delivery and signed for services.

Do You Offer Saturday Delivery?

We can offer Saturday delivery if ordered before 3pm Friday afternoon. There is an additional cost of £5 (correct as of August 2016) for Saturday delivery.

What Is Included In The Package?

We supply you a TDI-Tuning Tuning Box product custom programmed for your vehicle, a connection harness with custom engine connectors, instruction booklet, fixing ties and end cap accessory.
